Municipality of Crowsnest Pass Vacation Packages

Everything was closed. The restaurants were closed, even the gift shop was closed. I enjoyed the room and the hot tub. But the fact that there was not even a way to purchase a panorama sweater was a huge let down. Even the attempts to speak to staff about purchasing something was left with the response of we don’t have any staff.

Room was average. Slightly dated. Fireplace was a great touch and couch area. Could use a deep clean but overall was good.

Room was clean. Beds comfy . However this hotel is right by the train tracks and our room was on the side directly by the tracks. A slow and long train woke us at 3:30, so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to think twice before booking this hotel . This is the only reason we probably wouldn’t stay again if we’re stopping in cranbrook

Beautiful views, hot tub and pool were lovely, beds were comfy. Spacious, close to stores on the mountain and short drive in to town. Staff were kind and courteous.

Room was ok, staff seemed like it was a burden to help. Breakfast, what was there which wasn’t much was not good. Hot tub was not working!!
